The people make the difference at Harris Doyle! Our New Home Consultant was very helpful, personable and was there when we needed him, even just to stop by and say hello. Our builder took pride in what he does and cares deeply that everyone is satisfied with what they are building. Our designer helped me make so many decisions, advocated for us and was extremely patient! Everyone from communicating with Stephanie at Silverton Mortgage to learn how to finance new construction to the outside attorney that helps you close were very kind and personable. We are happy with our decision to choose Harris Doyle!

Our experience was absolutely incredible. From the initial meeting with the New Home Consultant, to our Builder, to our Designer, and all of the care team in between. This is my second time building with HD, and it was even better this time around!

The experience was very smooth. The day we met them onsite, they did show us different lots with patience and did make our decision very easy. Also the designers people were very patient, they revised our options multiple items without any issue. Overall it is a very smooth process!

Communication by far exceeds any build we’ve ever done. This is our 4th build and our easiest. Bryan Burgess was super responsive, he was at our lot constantly and abreast of things most times before we were!

Both Lindsay and Todd, plus John with Customer Care were so wonderful to build our dream home with us. Stephanie with Silverton Mortgage made the mortgage section a breeze. The closing was very smooth. Just an all around wonderful experience!

Our builder was awesome! He made the home buying process seamless. He was very informative and he was always available when we needed him. He communicated with us weekly with updates on our house. We had several questions during the process and he was there to answer them all.

Everyone went above and beyond to help us and handle our requests. The team listened to our requests and handled everything on our punch list with professionalism and respect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
